What we need: drivers/crew leads who are on time, hard workers, and courteous. Typical weeks range from 35 to 50 hours of work. The days that we work will be changing often. We need someone who is willing to work hard and provide a high-quality service. The right person will have the opportunity for more hours.

Responsibilities
- Drive our 26’ box trucks to and from jobs safely and efficiently
- Foremen are ultimately responsible for every move’s success and failures, you will be in charge of the other movers out on your job as well as ensuring your move goes safely and efficiently
- Responsibility for all equipment from the time the truck leaves the lot to the time you return
- Greeting the customer and performing the initial walkthrough and setting a “game plan” for the move with your crew
- Provide top-notch customer service as a mover as you safely move customer belongings
- Communicate professionally in English
- Manage your own time while on a job and utilize the equipment and safety measures to ensure safe and timely moves
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional attitude and demeanor
- Clean driving record
- Must be able to lift and carry 100 lbs. repeatedly and in a variety of conditions
- Valid US Driver’s License
- Treat customers with respect and effectively communicate and live out the You First Vision
- Think thoughtfully about the most efficient and effective ways to complete the move in a timely and high-quality manner without sacrificing the safety of you or the customer’s belongings
- Must be hardworking and have a strong work ethic – ready to show up and be put to work
